In February 2006 the St. Charles East Wind Ensemble performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City. This trip including the once in a lifetime (for most band members) opportunity to play at the famed Carnegie Hall, and a record breaking blizzard--How does Mr. Kull plan these things?
